• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify psychological needs and establish individualized therapy goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with individuals from various backgrounds and must exhibit sensitivity to cultural diversity and unique client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of professional clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While our minimum requirements include two years of relevant experience, candidates with additional clinical experience working with specialized populations or presenting complex cases are highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth services and online therapeutic platforms will be a significant plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
