Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, meticulously evaluating clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and personalized needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans, integrating assessment findings with individual client goals to foster effective therapeutic journeys.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
