Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your time effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The clinic operates six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, allowing clinical staff the flexibility to design their schedules within these hours. Our administrative team manages credentialing and insurance participation, ensuring you can focus on providing patient care without excessive administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting detailed psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans that align with established best practices.

• Engaging in comprehensive initial assessments and triage, evaluating clients’ service needs to ensure timely and effective interventions.

• Documenting assessments and treatment plans accurately while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams during patient rounds to optimize care delivery and outcomes.

• Providing clinical social work services that include individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address varied mental health issues.

• Managing a caseload of patients, coordinating care with both hospital staff and community resources to support clients in achieving their treatment objectives.

• Maintaining ethical standards and timely documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients we serve at Empower Care encompass a broad spectrum of ages and backgrounds, from teenagers navigating adolescence to adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• Dependability to work a variable schedule of 10 to 40 hours per week, adapting to both client needs and personal availability.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential. Experience in outpatient care environments and familiarity with treatment modalities such as CBT will enhance your application. Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems is highly desirable.
