Work Environment\n

As a remote community health clinic, our practice emphasizes flexibility and accessibility for both staff and patients. You will primarily work from home, interfacing with our multidisciplinary team via secure telehealth platforms. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional scheduling flexibility to accommodate patient needs. This structure promotes work-life balance, while still allowing you to provide vital care to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health evaluations to assess each patient’s trauma history and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment programs, focusing specifically on trauma recovery and resilience-building techniques.

• Employing evidence-based therapy methodologies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions, creating supportive spaces for patients to process trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to each patient's needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctorate degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
