Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments that evaluate the mental health history of patients, identifying the specific impacts of trauma in their lives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing and provide clients with the tools to process their trauma and build coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care that supports the holistic needs of our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily include trauma survivors dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. We focus on creating an environment where individuals feel safe, heard, and valued. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in trauma-focused work.

• Comprehensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and effective trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
