Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations, ensuring timely and compliant documentation of services to facilitate quality care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and evaluate treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, including ongoing reviews during treatment planning meetings.

• Run process and psychoeducational groups focused on enhancing clients’ coping strategies and understanding of mental health.

• Implement evidence-based interventions in individual counseling sessions, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Monitor patient safety, identifying risk factors and responding promptly to any changes in conditions or emergent concerns.

• Lead post-discharge follow-ups to ensure continuity of care and support for patients reintegrating into their daily lives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients vary widely in age and background, facing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, the position includes:
