With flexible work hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, we prioritize work-life balance and accommodate client schedules as needed. Our outpatient office facilitates online therapy sessions, offering a convenient way for clients to connect with you and receive the support they require.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Employ recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to drive effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the privacy and security of client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to provide integrated care, attending monthly case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment approaches.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, ensuring they are informed about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor with us, you will work predominantly with adults and adolescents grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. Our clients are seeking compassionate support, guidance, and practical coping strategies to help them navigate their experiences and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid license to practice in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
