Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to tailor interventions that address their unique needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches, ensuring that sessions are grounded in identified needs and goals.

• Complete all necessary billing, documentation, and individualized treatment plans according to prescribed time frames and compliance standards.

• Develop crisis and safety plans, along with relapse prevention and wellness strategies, to empower patients in maintaining stable mental health.

• Create a comprehensive discharge plan to facilitate an effective transition for patients upon completion of therapy.

• Adhere meticulously to all federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your competence and skills.

• Participate actively in case consultations, agency meetings, and peer reviews to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training as specified by state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
