Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy through teletherapy or in-office sessions, utilizing various evidence-based approaches to facilitate client recovery.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, ensure consistent monitoring of their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation, meeting regulatory requirements and ethical standards to uphold the integrity of the therapeutic process.

• Engage in professional development, including attending training, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to refine your skills and stay informed of best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as either: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload volume.
