Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based approaches to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions to provide effective treatment.

• Engage in regular case consultations with fellow professionals to ensure high-quality care and share best practices.

• Deliver education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring seamless communication with the treatment team.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment, incorporating new strategies into practice to enhance patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, fostering a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in relevant fields, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid license to practice in Washington, including but not limited to LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
