This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while actively engaging in collaborative mental health services alongside medical professionals to address complex patient needs.

Work Environment\n

This role will largely be remote, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance while providing high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting. The typical work week runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as patient needs arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate the effects of medical conditions on patients' emotional and mental well-being.

• Develop and implement personalized integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric symptoms and medical needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Collaborate effectively with medical providers to guarantee coordinated care and optimal treatment outcomes for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, supporting patients in navigating immediate mental health challenges.

• Educate patients on the interrelation of mental health and physical wellness, empowering them with strategies to manage their conditions effectively.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards regarding confidentiality and care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Proven ability to address the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience with delivering integrated care, demonstrating a strong history of collaborating successfully with medical professionals.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teammates.

• Ability to uphold professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient documentation and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits\n
