Our therapists work regular hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and identify tailored treatment strategies.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience enhancement.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to foster healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive space for patients to process trauma and develop coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.

• Offer crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies to provide immediate support and guidance.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, management strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards in mental health practices.

• Participate regularly in case consultations and team meetings to enhance the quality of trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Sound understanding of trauma-related disorders and a solid foundation in trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating compassion and a non-judgmental approach in therapeutic interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
