Work Environment\n

This remote position utilizes telehealth technology to ensure high accessibility for our patients. Our therapists can engage with clients during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling as required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients, determining their psychological, emotional, and social needs to formulate customized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate and lead psychoeducational and support groups to promote mental health awareness and empower participants with coping strategies and community support.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to provide holistic patient care and ensure continuity of services.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and effective de-escalation strategies are employed.

• Educate clients and their family members about mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and available resources within the community.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with applicable regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay current on advancements in the field and improve care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, socio-economic, and demographic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, with a proven ability to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Proven experience delivering therapy for individuals and groups to diverse populations, demonstrating proficiency in understanding cross-cultural perspectives.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
\n
• Strong ethical framework, best practices adherence, and sound clinical judgment.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort with various digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
