Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Complete all clinical documentation meticulously and in accordance with regulatory standards to ensure compliance and facilitate optimal care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with clinical teams to accurately gauge client needs and inform treatment methodologies.

• Design and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client engagement and foster behavioral health independence.

• Actively participate in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that all services provided adhere to established best practices.

• Serve as a critical liaison to various service systems, including state agencies and local community organizations, to enhance service delivery and access for clients.

• Maintain open communication with community partners and service providers to actively promote agency initiatives and identify potential collaborations and funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous personal and professional development by attending relevant conferences, participating in statewide meetings, and representing the agency in community engagements.

• Advocate for the agency's mission, values, and principles in all professional interactions and perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n
