Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic screenings and assessments using validated evidence-based psychological tools to gauge patient needs effectively.

• Create and maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in patient medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family counseling, designed to facilitate emotional healing and promote healthier relationships.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, sharing insights and generating comprehensive recommendations for patients that may include referrals for additional services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a wide spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your expertise in various therapeutic modalities will allow you to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client comprehensively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• A valid and active LMHC license to practice independently in Washington State is required.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience providing clinical counseling services, demonstrating a well-rounded background in psychotherapy.

• Strong foundation in diverse therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a generous benefits package.
