Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Deliver graduate-level clinical interventions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support client progress towards their treatment goals.

• Engage in multidisciplinary care by collaborating with fellow professionals and integrating feedback into the treatment process through regular documentation and participation in patient rounds.

• Maintain ethical standards and timely completion of all necessary documentation to ensure compliance and optimal patient care.

• Provide comprehensive case management by liaising with community resources and other healthcare providers, ensuring clients receive the most appropriate care tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling, actively participating in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Beautiful Minds Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse outpatient clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will be responsible for developing meaningful connections and trust with clients of all ages, helping them navigate their personal journeys through therapeutic support and education.

Qualifications\n

• Required licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, which includes LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW status recognized by the State of Washington.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, a commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
