Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments using secure video calls to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals, frequently adjusting them based on client feedback and progress.

• Document client interactions and therapy progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients who experience a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. You will also provide support to individuals dealing with co-occurring behavioral issues and substance use disorders. Your approach will be client-centered and culturally responsive, recognizing the unique experiences and backgrounds of the individuals and families we serve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is essential.

• Excellent understanding of counseling theories, techniques, and evidence-based practices in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
