Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will take on critical responsibilities that directly contribute to the mental well-being of our clients:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A solid foundation in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with concurrent medical conditions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective patient interactions.

• The ability to maintain professional boundaries and exercise discretion in all patient-related matters.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and software applications.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the qualifications, experience within integrated care settings, particularly focusing on populations with co-occurring disorders, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities that include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices is beneficial for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
