Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, addressing pre-crisis and crisis situations as well as behavioral and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools in conjunction with clinical team members to guide treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support strategies, ensuring tailored care for each client.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to continual standards enhancement.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and numerous service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to necessary resources.
