The work environment is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while pursuing passion projects in the mental health field. Although much of the work is done virtually, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients in our outpatient office in Boston, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health care.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to effectively gauge client needs and track progress.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create positive behavioral support plans and integrate them into client care.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to organizational protocols and quality assurance.

• Serve as a liaison for clients with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems, facilitating access to necessary resources.

• Build and maintain partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to enhance program effectiveness and secure funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and community meetings relevant to mental health services.

• Champion the agency’s mission and ethical principles, promoting them in all aspects of care and community interaction.

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success and mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on serving a diverse client base that includes individuals grappling with mental health challenges, seeking substance use recovery, and requiring support for developmental disabilities and brain injuries. You will work closely with clients from varied backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique recovery journeys and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current, independent LMHC licensure is mandatory for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are strictly enforced, candidates with experience in therapeutic techniques, crisis intervention, and working with diverse populations will be particularly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n
