Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief interventions.

• Engage with diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, providing compassionate and effective counseling.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care, sharing insights and strategies that ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and training sessions to remain current with advancements in mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LMHC license in Washington state.
