Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will involve a wide range of therapeutic and administrative tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Providing ongoing consultation for the development of crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Completing required documentation promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring compliance with all necessary policies.

• Implementing evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure the effectiveness of treatment modalities.

• Leading the development of positive behavior support plans and actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to promote comprehensive care strategies.

• Engaging with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for client needs and enhance service delivery.

• Maintaining clear and open communication channels to meet both contract standards and the overarching mission of the organization.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
