Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly live video sessions to individual adult clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help them achieve their mental health goals.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to create a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each client’s needs.

• Utilize digital tools to conduct automatically administered self-assessments and regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participate in weekly drop-in consultation sessions for clinical support and peer collaboration, enhancing treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.

• Document client interactions and progress accurately within our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve adult clients facing a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and suicidal ideation. You will be responsible for establishing therapeutic rapport, understanding the unique backgrounds and cultural contexts of your clients, and delivering culturally responsive care. Your work will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their emotional journeys, facilitating their path to recovery and mental resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this rewarding role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
