This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a profound difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. You'll utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide therapeutic support, helping clients achieve their treatment goals.

Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to engage with clients via video sessions from any location. Our detox center serves as a virtual facility where mental health professionals work collaboratively to create supportive therapeutic environments. We prioritize work-life balance, enabling our counselors to establish their schedules from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, while alleviating the pressures of on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly, evidence-based mental health care through live video sessions, focusing primarily on adult clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a network of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize automatically administered self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client improvement and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Participate in weekly live drop-in consultation sessions with leadership, ensuring ongoing professional support and guidance.
\n
• Document clinical interactions and client progress efficiently using our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, designed to enhance compliance and streamline workflows.

Your support will primarily focus on adults who seek mental health counseling, including those at an elevated risk of suicide. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, with valid state licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT from an accredited institution.

• At least one year of independent practice as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based interventions such as CBT, particularly with adult populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of recent professional experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.

• Experience in treating higher-risk populations, particularly adults facing a diverse array of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
