Our Operations team manages all administrative tasks, enabling you to focus solely on providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and substance abuse history, ensuring tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing evidence-based approaches to encourage client participation and progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide cohesive, integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Educate and involve clients' family members in the therapeutic process, empowering them to support their loved one's recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with local and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accurate documentation for all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of care at Duality Mental Health Services is primarily on adolescents and young adults grappling with various mental health issues. Clients may present with a range of conditions, including anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, substance use disorders, and trauma-related concerns. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can openly discuss their challenges and work collaboratively with their counselor to create actionable strategies for improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Must possess active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated experience in providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults is preferred.

• Willingness to engage in training on our evidence-based treatment frameworks, referred to as our Care Pathways, is required.

• Advanced proficiency in computer skills and technology navigation, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor and presentation.
\n
• Ability to display warmth and empathy while engaging with patients, fostering trust and rapport.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of practical experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly focusing on young adults and adolescents.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.
