Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will play an instrumental part in delivering evidence-based and holistic treatment programs. Your key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions designed to foster connection, facilitate sharing, and encourage learning among clients.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer compassionate counseling, helping clients delve into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to explore coping strategies and actionable recovery plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize a variety of assessment tools to track and evaluate clients’ progress, ensuring outcomes are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of professionals to coordinate care, contribute to complex case consultations, and ensure alignment in approaches to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
