Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic mental health services via telehealth to adolescent and young adult clients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Manage a caseload effectively to maintain quality of care, with a maximum of 8 clients in group settings allowing for deeper therapeutic engagement.

• Collaborate with peers in case discussions to share insights and strategies that enhance treatment outcomes and foster professional development.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records for all client interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities, including accessing free online Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to stay current with best practices and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on providing mental health support to adolescents and young adults navigating complex life transitions, trauma, substance use disorders, and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A valid master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as an independently licensed therapist, including but not limited to LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Junior-licensed clinicians are also encouraged to apply, as supervision will be provided.

• Availability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week for part-time 1099 roles or full-time (40 hours) for W2 positions, with some evening and weekend hours to facilitate group sessions.

• Proficiency with cloud-based communication and therapy tools, enabling effective telehealth services.
