Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster community building among clients, enabling them to share experiences, challenges, and strategies for coping.

• Provide individualized therapy focusing on the unique needs of each client, helping them navigate their emotions and develop actionable plans to manage their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults and teenagers aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation challenges. These individuals often seek support during transitional life phases, such as entering higher education or the workforce, and your insights will prove critical in helping them achieve a balanced mental state.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
