Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique concerns.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing innovative therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress through structured feedback and adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may face challenges in attending in-person sessions, ensuring accessibility of mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychotherapy, or a related field.
