Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

  Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to share their experiences and support one another in overcoming shared challenges.

  Providing individualized therapy sessions, where you will utilize therapeutic techniques to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and create actionable plans for personal development.

  Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, utilizing a strengths-based approach.

  Monitoring client progress through regular assessments, tracking outcomes, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

  Coordinating care with other members of our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive support for every client, including regular communication about client status and complex case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30, a demographic often facing significant life transitions and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

  A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

  At least 1 year of professional experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient or community setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in facilitation of group therapy, individualized treatment planning, and working with young adults in mental health settings will be given preference. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices is also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skills.
