Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic services through various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, tailored to meet the diverse needs and goals of your clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, employing techniques to support clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety, and connecting them to necessary resources.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation, including treatment plans, notes on progress, and assessment reports, adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers—to create comprehensive and coordinated care plans for clients.
