Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, fostering a flexible work-life balance while allowing you to utilize telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our clinicians work standard hours from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening hours to accommodate clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use issues, ensuring a thorough understanding of any co-occurring disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based interventions suited to both mental health and substance use needs.
\n
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on building coping strategies, relapse prevention techniques, and enhancing emotional regulation skills.

• Engage in coordination of care with an interdisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, ensuring seamless delivery of integrated treatment.

• Conduct ongoing substance use monitoring and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and empowerment throughout their recovery journey.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about the interrelation between mental health and substance use disorders, stressing the need for sustained treatment compliance.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress and interventions per ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Participate actively in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional training to enhance knowledge in treating co-occurring disorders.

This role focuses on individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. You will support clients in navigating their recovery paths, employing evidence-based therapies aimed at sustainable recovery and holistic well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• A solid understanding of the complexities between mental health and substance use disorders.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience treating co-occurring disorders is preferred.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is an advantage, alongside familiarity with digital health platforms.
\n
• Background in crisis intervention and behavioral health is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
