Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions that encourage mutual support and shared experiences among young adults dealing with similar challenges.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Offer empathetic one-on-one counseling, guiding clients as they delve into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while assisting them in developing effective coping strategies.

• Conduct Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that are reflective of their unique needs and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
