As a part of our remote team, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home while still engaging in meaningful interactions with patients and colleagues via telehealth platforms. The position requires a typical work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs and additional hours as required for crisis intervention or urgent case follow-ups. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' mental health needs to create personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, delivering effective interventions tailored to individual, couple, or family situations.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, addressing common mental health challenges, and fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and contingency planning.

• Educate patients about mental health disorders, treatment modalities, coping strategies, and community resources to promote overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health therapist will work primarily with adult patients facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and our approach is tailored to meet their unique needs. You will empower individuals, couples, and families to strengthen their mental resilience and navigate difficult situations effectively, promoting recovery and positive mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies is essential.

• Proven track record in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a wide range of clients.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team dynamic.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technologies are preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a community health setting or outpatient clinic is preferred.

• Two or more years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
