Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other specialists to ensure integrated care.

• Provide follow-up for clients referred to inpatient facilities, maintaining communication with attending physicians to coordinate ongoing care.

• Utilize electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, to maintain accurate client records and track clinical data efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Our clients come from different backgrounds, each with unique challenges and strengths. Your expertise and understanding will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their journeys toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A passing score on relevant national exams such as the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and empathetically.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
