Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be an integral part of our treatment team, engaging in various therapeutic modalities with our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy : Lead dynamic group sessions designed to build community among clients, promote sharing of experiences, and facilitate peer support.

• Individual Therapy : Provide personalized therapy sessions, focusing on exploration of emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and the development of individualized coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning : Collaborate with clients to create thoughtful, measurable treatment plans that address their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring : Utilize assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and make necessary adjustments, ensuring clients stay on track towards their goals.

• Team Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and share insights on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on teens and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. This role is pivotal in providing them with the tools and strategies necessary to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background : A Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

• Licensure : Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
