Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and support needs, ensuring personal rapport and understanding during the evaluation.

• Maintain regular case notes and records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring high-quality documentation practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population that may include children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Our clients are often seeking immediate support as well as long-term therapeutic relationships, which require adaptability and sensitivity to their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor is required, with designations including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
