Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct preliminary assessments via telehealth platforms to understand clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional states, documenting cases from the initial meeting to the conclusion of treatment.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment and recovery plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, couples, families, and group therapy settings.
\n
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques based on current evidence-based practices.
\n
• Continuously evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimum recovery outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including other mental health professionals, medical doctors, and social workers, to develop comprehensive intervention strategies.

• Maintain ongoing communication with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers regarding clients' hospitalizations when required.
\n
• Monitor clients for behaviors that might hinder recovery, providing proactive support and guidance.
\n
• Support family members and caregivers in managing the mental and behavioral challenges that accompany their loved ones' conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is essential.

• A proven ability to pass national counseling examinations (e.g., NCE, NCMHCE).

• Demonstrated experience as a mental health counselor or therapist.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, ideally AVATAR.
\n
• Knowledge of the intricacies of physical health conditions, emotional disorders, and addiction recovery methodologies.

• Strong understanding of best practices as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity in documentation and client interaction.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, essential for client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations including but not limited to those experiencing chronic illness, severe mental health disorders, and substance use challenges.

• Experience with telehealth services and knowledge of remote counseling best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
