Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing established diagnostic measures to understand clients' mental health needs, challenges, and goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust client-centered treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, facilitating immediate support and ensuring both physical and emotional safety.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources to enhance their support systems.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, encompassing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome tracking in strict adherence to existing regulatory standards.

• Demonstrate application of ethical guidelines and state regulations governing counseling practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
