Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share personal experiences, offer support, and listen to one another, fostering a sense of community.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide one-on-one counseling, actively helping clients navigate their thoughts and emotions to develop effective coping mechanisms and personalized action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their specific challenges and aspirations, regularly modifying these plans based on progress evaluations.

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education and professional growth. Additionally, you will receive clinical supervision at no cost and support for achieving continuing education units (CEUs).
