Our administrative team takes care of new client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing support, electronic health record management, audits, and compliance, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best—providing therapeutic support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our clinic, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering virtual psychotherapy services to clients, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation to clients about mental health and wellness, including coping strategies and resources available in their community.
\n
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and participating in case consultations to improve treatment outcomes.
\n
• Tracking client progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system and participating in regular audits to ensure compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients, ranging from young adults to seniors, addressing a variety of mental health issues inclusive of anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. We maintain an inclusive atmosphere, and while experience with LGBTQIA+ and diverse populations is preferable, all qualified candidates will find a welcoming environment where they can grow professionally and provide impactful support.

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this role must have:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active LCSW license to practice in the State of New York.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Experience providing psychotherapy to clients aged 18 and older.
\n
• Professional malpractice insurance to protect against liabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
