Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting thorough assessments and devising effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and developing pre-crisis and crisis management plans when necessary.
\n
• Completing all documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure quality care.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to inform clinical decisions and track client progress.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Participating in licensing and accreditation efforts to uphold the highest standard of care.

• Serving as a liaison to relevant state agencies and community partners to enhance service delivery.

• Promoting and maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders, including clients, families, and community organizations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
