Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the root causes of clients' issues and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Effectively refer clients to psychiatrists or other specialists for further evaluation whenever needed.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address challenges such as low self-esteem, addiction issues, family dynamics, and suicidal ideation.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records, analyzing data to adapt and refine treatment strategies based on client progress.

• Engage and communicate with family members of clients to monitor treatment efficacy and behavioral changes.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and collaborate on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, cultural identities, and age groups. Many clients struggle with mental health disorders, substance use issues, and related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of one of the following licenses: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
