Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as family, marriage, or group counseling when relevant, leveraging your clinical skills and therapeutic modalities.

• Implement mental health screenings and assessments, utilizing evidence-based tools to accurately determine clients' treatment needs.

• Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily serve individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. You will also have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, couples, and families, creating tailored interventions that cater to their unique dynamics and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field is required, with a focus on disciplines such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW).

• A valid and active license in your area of expertise (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is mandatory to practice as a mental health counselor.

• Strong knowledge of current principles, practices, and techniques in individual and family counseling must be readily applied in your therapeutic practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals who have mental and behavioral health challenges, including experience in individual and group therapy, is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
