Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with a carefully screened clientele composed of stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. The clients you see require supportive counseling rather than intensive therapy, making it crucial to use your expertise to empower them towards better mental health. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Full licensure to practice independently without supervision as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory. Note: Only applicants with full licensure will be considered; no limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions is required.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to engage empathetically and effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is a Master’s degree with full license, we value candidates who have prior experience in telehealth counseling or similar roles.
