Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients, focusing on enhancing their mental health and emotional resilience.

• Facilitate open discussions around clients' emotions and experiences, guiding them towards self-understanding and improved relationship dynamics.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate and define their personal goals for therapy.

• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions thoroughly by employing comprehensive assessment strategies and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate solution-based methodologies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring all records are updated in compliance with telehealth regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at Tranquil Bliss, you will primarily work with adults presenting with stable and low-acuity mental health issues. This includes individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship concerns. Our approach focuses on empowering clients by equipping them with practical skills to improve their overall mental health and daily functionality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A current and valid independent clinical license, such as: \n

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time counselors.
