Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach to fit each client’s unique background and circumstances.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress through regular evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide accessible teletherapy options for clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring that high-quality care is available to everyone.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse clients seeking support to navigate a range of mental health challenges. With a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care, you will work closely with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns, assisting them in achieving greater emotional stability and life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and colleagues alike.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from varied backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy schedule.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in outpatient mental health settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and scheduling will also be beneficial. Specialized training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a plus.
