This remote role allows our Mental Health Therapists to provide therapeutic services while leveraging technology to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct extensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying patterns and potential underlying issues.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that are unique to each individual's challenges, goals, and cultural background.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to promote healing and recovery.
\n
• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Provide necessary education and support to clients’ families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in their loved ones’ therapeutic journeys.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, which provides therapists with the invaluable opportunity to enhance their cultural competence and adapt therapeutic practices to cater to diverse needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrable training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, showcasing the ability to handle complex cases.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, including the ability to build rapport and inspire clients during their recovery process.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, fostering effective collaboration with treatment team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting or a similar environment that emphasizes culturally competent care.

• Proven track record of utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Attractive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
