Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license in the state of practice as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect and empathize with clients effectively.

• A non-judgmental attitude coupled with a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain caseloads and meet documentation requirements promptly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
