Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans that are responsive to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct therapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, allowing clients to develop tools for coping and resilience.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that are compliant with HIPAA regulations, reflecting your commitment to professionalism and confidentiality in your practice.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to provide well-rounded care and share insights that enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and case review meetings to share experiences and gain insights into effective practices, ensuring a continuous improvement of therapeutic methods.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
